Volumetric fillers

Volumetric fillers use the principle of measurement by volume.

The weight of the product is linked to its volume e.g. 1litre of water is equal to 1kg of water.

In volumetric filling the Bulk density of the product plays an important role.

For better results on volumetric filling the bulk density of the given product should not vary.

Our Volumetric fillers can pack in the range of 50cc to 15litre volume.

Volumetric filler can be used for both free flowing and non free flowing products. We offer cup filler and Servo based Auger filling systems.
