OYSTAR Hassia enjoys strong brand equity in packing milk powder. Leading brands are packed on our machines. Over the years we have understood this application and offer different solutions.

Pack Weights:  Product volume from 50cc up to 10 litres can be packed. This translates to pack weight of about 25gms to 5kgs. 

Different Pouch styles: Pillow, chain, gusseted, stand up, Stabil and three side sealed pouches and also bags in cartons. Hassia offers solution for filling into preformed jars, cans, cups , tubs and bottles. Modified atmosphere in bags with less than 1% residual oxygen where required can be offered.

Our Strengths

Hassia’s Accu Screw Augur filler provides unmatched and unparalleled accuracy and speed. Nitrogen flushing together with online residual oxygen control enables us to produce bags with long shelf life. Our installations can be found outside India too.

Hassia will very soon offer machines to fill yoghurt / ice cream in preformed cups, butter and margarine in tubs and liquid milk in bottles.
